Casa Nelda is a house with four apartment which are rented out by the week, month or longer. Each apartment is fully equipped in the kitchen, bath and bedrooms. Come in, make yourselves at home and relax. All apartments have a covered patio, ceiling fans and cable TV. A pool is in the process of being built onsite. This location is very local, away from the crowds, but only 800 meters from the main road. Lots of trees, a small waterfall, and troops of monkeys passing daily.

Costa Rica has an unusual address system. If you give the following to a taxi driver, he'll get you to the house: Casa Nelda: Del antigua Super Papi, Manuel Antonio, a la derecha; 500 metros sur, entrada de los Centenos, 50 metros oeste, Porton amarillo." If driving from Quepos, head toward Manuel Antonio Park. When you come to the top of the hills, take the first road past Hotel Babaloo and drive infront of Villas Lirio. Follow the road around about 300 meters until you come to a corner store. Turn right. Follow the road down, cross over a creek, climb up again and turn right at the second road on your right (fully paved in concrete). Follow to the second house on the left. - Hours:Open year round. The apartments are gay owned and operated and cater to a variety of clients, straight and gay. We welcome all!
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Manuel Antonio is known for it's beautiful beaches and it's National Park. There are plenty of cruising areas and "friendly" bars. Feel free to ask us. We are a 30 minute walk to the beach or a 10 minute ride.
- Nudity / Policy:At present, nudity allowed only within your apartment. We do not regulate who you wish to bring back to your apartment, but do ask that you remember that there is a mixed group of people living here in a quiet neighbourhood.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / The two bedroom apartments are located at ground level and have no impediments to wheel chairs. However, Costa Rica as a whole is not very barrier free.
- Warnings:Cruising has been known to happen on site, but can't make any promises :)
