This is a shopping center that is located in the main downtown shopping mall, on the Rue dos Andrades. It is easy to find, as it is also across the street from the Praca de Afandega, which is a large downtown park.

- Hours:The restroom is open when the shopping center is open. I was there over the course of several days and at various times during the day. There was usually at least one, if not more, guy showing a hard-on at the urinals.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:The place to go is the basement men's room. There are guys of all ages there, and in all sorts of attire, from suits to casual work clothes. There are a few urinals visible when you enter the washroom. More of the action is happening at the rear section, further away from the entry door.
- Nudity / Policy:There is no nudity
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / An elevator serves each floor, so it is possible to get there in a wheelchair.
- Warnings:I did not see any police in there, but there are frequently custodians in there to clean the place, so you should watch out for them.
