A smart sauna - don't be put off by the dingy building it's located in. Basic entry with locker is 12 euro, but private rooms are available for 15 euro and luxury rooms for 20 euro. Massage available for 30 euro. Not as big as the top European saunas, but still a good clean experience with some hot local guys usually present and friendly staff offering massage for a fee.

From the popular gay-friendly Yumbo Centre, go north along Avenida de Espana, then turn right into Avenida de Gran Canaria. When you reach Avenida de Tirma on your right, turn left into a busy precinct with bars and restaurants, and keep going until you come to the pedestrian bridge. Cross the bridge into the Nilo Centre, and the Sauna is at the far end of the Centre.

Best times: It gets busier after 21.00 hours. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Go to the video room, head for the back row and take your towel off. Or lie on the bed in the dark room. You won't have to wait long.
Cruisiest Spots: The video room sees some hot action when the right guys are in there. - Nudity / Policy:Yes / Nudity in the showers and dark areas, otherwise everyone keeps their towels on.
Policy: A gay sauna, widely advertised, action is expected in the private areas, so no problems. - Wheelchair Accessible:No / You have to walk down some steep stairs to get to the main entrance.
- Warnings:The steam room is a bit small, but that means you get that much closer to the guys in there.
Warnings: The locals don't seem very insistent on safe , so make sure you are.
