Formermember - you are not correct. Crusin' 7th is still open and located at the address noted. Google "phoenix cruisin on 7th" - i go by here daily.

This establishment changed its name and moved a long time ago. You need to update your records.

Does anyone know if the stripper play for pay and if so what are the standard rates?

My bad. I just called to check and they are open at 6 a.m. every day except Sunday which is 10 a.m. (same hours as liquor sales) but I don't know what it would be like at that time.

I went to cruising 7th @04/19 and had an interesting/negative experience. I sat down at the bar to have a drink and was hit on by an att (fem?). After meeting some of her friends we agreed to relocate and take care of what the heavy petting had produced (my 8in hard on!) When we went to our cars (her friends had thier own ride, I was driving mine), my "date" was absent for a few minutes before showing up at my vehicle. When we left, I noticed 1)her friends were out of their rides and standing at the front door to the bar 2) my date was acting differently/strange. As we pulled away, I asked her what they were doing. She said they were upset with her because they thought I was some kind of cop. She asked me if I was and not only did I say no, I gave her my drivers license to prove I was who I said I was. She then asked me to take her back to the bar, which I did within 1 block after leaving. When I entered a parking lot to turn around, she said the only way I could prove I was not a cop would be to ram down a wrought iron barricade and jump a concrete wall to another parking lot some several feet below and then she would believe me. I took her back to the bar where her friends asked what happened, and I told them exactly. Knowing that I had done nothing wrong and have nothing to hide, I went back into the bar to have another drink. Shortly after starting the drink, one of her friends, the only other man in the group, pulled up a seat a couple of stools down from me. None of the girls were with him, he wasn't drinking and had no apparent reason to be there. Maybe I'm paranoid, but it felt as though he were there to watch me or to catch me when I left in order to do something with/to me. I wasn't exactly afraid, but I also don't want trouble, don't need and trouble and try not to cause trouble. Yet I felt it in the air that there was going to be some so, at a moment when I thought it would seem appropriate, I just walked out and left my beverage behind. I was left with an ill feeling and am not sure I would return to this establishment. The night I was ther the "security" they had would not have done me any good, I would have been better off fending for myself.

It is now crusing 7th at 3702 N. 7th street. about 3 blocks south of Indian School. I work there as security. The bar has male strippers on Thur. nites and Sat. at 4pm. Fri and Sat nites we have drag shows. There are 2 bars. the back bar still opens with mother Johnny at 6am. Tiffany opens on Thur. and Fri. mornings. at 1pm the back bar closes and the front bar opens. the back bar reopens on fri and sat. nites at 9pm. The bar has been voted by new times as the best place to meet a tranny. It has a big transexual pressence on the weekend nites.
