Great gym, not too busy but some very hot fellas to play with, the sauna is also alot of fun .

- Hours:Early Mornings are best because staff are limited and get good shower action in change rooms.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Guys of all ages but some really hot swimmers use this gym. Bears are very popular here too.
- Nudity / Policy:Nudity allowed and highly encouraged in changerooms.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Full disabled access, no hydrotherapy pool though.
- Warnings:No security or Police, quite safe, just be aware that staff check toilets from time to time for cleaniness.
