The venue works on a $3 to $5 donation to be able to operate. For your money the place provides tea and coffee free, soft drinks and bear is by gold coin donation. Rooms have beds with sheets and pillows and and lube are provided in the rooms. There is a good library of bi and gay mags and books. The video room shows movies for all tastes.

Walk or drive down the hill from Labouchere Rd towards the river on the right side of Preston St. You will pass the art deco cinema then a little old house, the next building is 12 Preston St which is the building you are looking for. Walk down the drive way to the back of the building and enter through the back door.
Do Not go to the front business it has nothing to do with Keith's.
