Chaps in is a friendly ten room resort catering to leathermen and bears. It offers continental breakfast and off-street parking. Situated in "Up Town" Palm Springs, Chaps Inn is within walking distance of bars and restaurants and a short drive from Arenas Road and Warm Sands. Chaps has a heated pool, a spa and a steam room. There is a barbecue for use by guests and a cool mist system for those hot summer days. Free passes are available with certain restrictions. Call first. Most of the room have full kitchens, or kitchenettes and some have ceiling hooks. There is also an outdoor sling area. Nudity is permitted throughout the resort. Small dogs allowed, if pre-cleared with reservations. Hosts, Stuart and Ian , own, operate and live on the premises.

  • I stayed ehre once and that was it for me. They have BRIGHT lights all over this place. At 2am it looks like 2pm with all the light. it was ridiculous. Another guy and I went around to unscreww some of the lights. After that the guys came out to play. The way the rooms are set up it isnt good for cruising. I have never been back and have never recommended this place.

  • While the weather didn't cooperate I did have an enjoyable time at Chaps! A middle-of-the-night stroll to the spa began a wonderful 4-hour romp with a couple of very hot guys, one celebrating a birthday. HAD to give him his present!!

    This turned out to be my initiation to FF and both men were VERY apt teachers. I'm just a bit too tight (at this point anyway!) to receive but playing in the sling in their room was beyond hot!

    Definitely want to return but will have to hope for better weather - Damn rain!
