I-10 Eastbound freeway, first exit past Hwy 111 turn-off is the rest stop of choice.
Cross street: 111 Cut-off
  • Crowd:Mainly truckers & !
  • Hours:Late -- after 10pm.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Third (handicapped is a joy) -- can't see under very easily.
    Cruisiest Spots: Skip the first bathrooms, drive to the truckers' stop.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:As always -- think!

  • I stop there every time I am driving to Palm Springs and have never seen anyone in the trucker's restroom.
