Situated on old 66 simply west of Six Flags, across the highway from the Missouri Eastern Correctional Facility, there is a wooded location that is wonderful to attach in due to the fact that it is away from the river. It does have a washroom at the boat launch, the restroom has numbers composed on the wall surfaces.

Who's Coming
From St. Louis take I-44 to the Allenton exit, go left to Old Hwy 66, make right, drive about 2 miles, when you see the prison on the right, the conservation area entrance is to the left.

- Take the road straight back, the one to the right goes to the boat launch. Head straight back to the parking area and you will see the wooded area and paths to the left.
