Greene's Creek, corner of Montreal and Bearbrook Roads, Ottawa. Cruisy park. Take Highway 417 to Highway 17 (towards Orleans), past Blair Exit there is the Montreal Road Exit. Take it. Turn right on Montreal Road, then right again on Bearbrook. First laneway right is the parking lot.

I would be careful, last friday I happen to drive by here casually nothing in mind and noticed a police cruiser idling there. I had seen police here long time ago but thought maybe.... so be careful and use your senses....

You are right s69 and wow nice pic's. I went there today around 4:00 PM and it was rainy but a few vehicles but nothing happening. How do you know if there is action?

Think we're talking about two different spots. Greene's Creek parking lot is more a dog-walker, toboggan-lover (in Winter, usually) haven. It' right off St.Joseph Blvd/Montreal Rd at Bearbrook.
Ottawa Parkway East (P7, IIRC) is where the action is, with the network of trails. It's on the west bank of the creek (whereas the previously-mentionned spot is on the east bank). It's also much closer to where Ardeth Wood's body was found.

no wonder the cops there, a girl was murdered there but the killers in jail now. he liked guys or girls be carefull here don't get hurt
