Went there on Saturday night for my first visit(Valentines Day) and this place isn't worth it. about thirty people fities to sixties crowd. Did nothing for me. It's a dump. Go to Toronto and Head for Church! This place is a waste of time!

Stopped into this place last week, its a garage that has been painted. It's not a good spot to pick up, all the guys are old, well used looking, it was a waste of my 5bucks. Don't bother, it would be easier an cleaner to go to TO.

The hours of Club 717 are 9pm-1am Thursday, 9pm-2am Friday and Saturday and 9pm-midnight Sunday. There is a cover charge for Friday nights of $5.00. Michelle Ross from Toronto is performing this Friday, show time is 10:30pm. Bar prices are very reasonable ($4 beer). Dances to the tunes of DJ Lynz or DJ Shannon or have a game of pool. Pool is free Thursdays and Sundays.

I do love the place but to point out something here-not to start an arguement. It was last years board members that turned the club around and actually saved it from going completely broke. The current board is awesome and doing a great job but they came on after the turn around in the club. Keep supporting the best and only gay club/bar in all of Durham Region guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!

was at the club tonight and it was rockin!!! Lotd sof handsome younger men and some quite attractive middle aged men. Many lesbians too, but the kept the atmosphere at a high energy fun level all night. Entertainment tonite was great. The club is getting better and better all the time. is always packed Friday nights and Saturdays are even getting busy. Karaoke sunday nights at 9 is always fun too. Thursdays good for a quiet chat or free game of pool. A whole new board of directors is running the place now and making it a welcome addition to the gay life in Oshawa and area.
