Robert V. Ridell Road off State Highway 28 exit 17 off Interstate 88
cruiser update: this area is popular with hunters, unlike the original posters suggestion.This is a very large piece of land, almost 100 acres.
Evenings, if you can stand the bugs are the safest times, however a bunch of parked cars after "closing" will draw in the local police.
previous comment: This is a state park, alot of different guys go there, mostly older guys but the occasional college student also. There is a parking area and trails in the woods.

It is located off exit 17 off Interstae 88 which goes from Albany to Binghamton. It is very close to the exit.Coming from the east (Albany) get off exit 17 at the end of the ramp take a right, the park is about 200 feet on the right.Coming form the west (Binghamton) get off exit 17 at the end of the ramp turn left. Go under the overpass(88) the park is located about 200 feet on the right.

- Hours:It is open from dusk to dawn, although you can go their "after hours" with no problem. Best times are near dusk and at night although sometimes people are there during the day also. The parking lot is plowed in the winter but of course the trails and woods are full of snow. The best time of year is the spring summer and fall. Be careful during winter and fall hunting season though there is not too much activity and I do not even think it is allowed.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Park in the parking area and feel people out if someone looks at you and goes into the woods, follow and see what happens. People do occasionally walk dogs here and hike/bike so not everyone is cruising. The best spots and secluded are off the main trail, there is only one trail form the parking area. Follow the main trail in and take the first trail on the right this leads to an open grassy field with lots of places to lie down and get to it or in the woods to the right before you get to that trail. If someone walks into the woods off the trail they are probably most likely cruising.
- Nudity / Policy:You can be nude in certain areas off the trail over small hills and such, i would not recommend walking around nude unless you know it is all cruisers. Not alot of people go here for hiking, biking etc.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Yes it could be if you stay on the main trail it is fairly flat but i do not think you would be able to go too far
- Warnings:Occassionlly see state trooper or police sitting in parking area or driveway checking for speeders but barely ever, I think I've seen them there like maybe 5 times in over 3 years. Be careful of others using the trails for hiking, walking, biking and things dont be too open about activity or nudity but it is ok off the trail a bit lots of places to go.
