Clean and spacious but private bathroom in berthing building by boats. Had a really hot time with some boat owner today getting off. Someone came in so we took it to his boat...

Next to Il Pescadore and Heinrich's Last Chance. Between Franklin and Webster by the waterfront.
- Hours:After 5pm. Some cruising on the boardwalk after dark.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Some nice benches outside to wait for hot guys to come or wait out the cleaning crew who comes every few hours. Have a few stalls, the handicapped one is the best. But checking is good too.

- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Pretty big place.
- Warnings:Don't be too pushy with the straight guys who dock their boats around here - they have their own keyed bathrooms but sometimes they watch out for the public one also.
