Quite damp buidling, good for meeting though as very quiet considering busy main road that runs by.
Crowd: All kinds of people. It is rarely used by people as a toilet, as there are facilities around the area such as the ASDA store that practically backs onto it.***br***A lot of people that use the forest cruising ground may go here if the cottage is busy, also can arrange meets here.

Served by the NET tram at 'The Forest' stop, walk to bottom of the hill to Gregory boulevard (A6130). Cross the road (pedestrian crossing available) and turn left, continue down 100 yards. Anyone driving would be better parking at the Park and ride which is next to 'The Forest' tram stop, and following the directions as if using the tram as parking is limited and busy near the washrooms. Gregory Boulevard is the road that runs by the goose fair site, and is linked from Junction 26 on the M1 motorway via the A610, follow signs for Nottingham City then at crossroads for Lenton Boulevard/Alfreton Road turn left onto Gregory boulevard (signposted for Tram park and Ride) Served by A52 from Derby turn left at Lenton Boulevard past retail park with Aldi and Gala bingo on it keep in right hand lane and classed as heading straight forward. If coming from Mansfield head towards city centre as far as the Clarendon College site, turn right at 1st roundabout then get into lefthand lane.

  • Hours:Open 10am through 4pm in the winter months, and 9am through 5pm in the lighter months.
    Best times: Best times to go are weekdays at lunchtime, or weekends from open to close. You just have to be patient.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Just sit in cubicles and wait, can stand at but can get a bit tedious, a lot of people leave messages on walls to arrange meets.
