From city centre you can get on Rainbow 4 bus, or any other bus which travels down Ilkeston Rd. and stop at the Radford Boulevard stop. Once on Radford Boulevard head toward Hartley Rd. but take a right hand turn on to Denman street, and you can't miss the centre, there is a Astro turfust outside the entrance.
Cross street: Ilkeston road, crosses at the junction with Lenton Boulevard and Radford Boulevard. 2 minute walk from there.

  Best times: Best go in the week, during an adult only session in the pool. 7.00-9.00 in the morning or 12.15-1.15 afternoon.
• Cruising Info/ Tips:Leave shower door open, or hang around drying your self, you will soon see out the corner of eye if any one is eyeing you up. same as usual do not be shy let them know you are up for it.
  Cruisiest Spots: In the wet changing rooms, when u go for a swim. 2 showers and large changing area.
• Wheelchair Accessible:Yes / Ramp out side and a disabled changing area.
• Warnings:Sstraight guys who are just taking so long to get ready and move out. the dip in session in the evening gets busy with families.
  Warnings: I have never seen staff check the area.
