There is a small dirt area to park your car. Walk through the gates and head to the small forest.

Head to Wooddale Road. When you get there head down the main road towards Grange Park. On the left side of the road before you get to the petrol station that has a Buddies restaurant. There's a field where dog walkers go. Park your car in the lay by and head up to the small forest.
cruiser adds 3/31/2009: Access to the wooded area is off a main road, and there is no place to park as such. I would suggest park your car in the Grange Inn Pub.
As you enter the pub car park look to your right and you will see a footpath. Park your car and take the footpath. It backs onto some sheltered accommodation next to the pub.
Walk the short footpath which takes you back to Wooddale Road. Cross the road you will see the footpath continues as a gravel path.
Follow the path into the woods, normally loiter around the two benches for a meet and then head off into the woods.
