Washroom located inside bldg directly adjacent to ice rink (NY City Hall (Mel Lastman Sq.)Parking lot across street from Pool then walk between bldgs NYCC & City Hall down the outdoor stairs to sliding doors to the right. Make right up to washroom Cross street: Park Home & Beecroft
