This place is a market along with a bus loop and sea bus landing. It can be busy in the summer with entertainment outside and tourists abound. If so just move yourselves upstairs to can on 3rd floor. I have on occasion had in my car in parking lot outside.
Crowd: White collar, blue collar, jeans, fetish,ICBC employees,. 28+, middle age-older, one or two grandpa type. Had a cut 24 year old several times. SR8t-bi daddies and single dudes just looking to get off.

Located in North Van. By car, free 3h underground parking, by bus, get off at bus loop, sea bus-likewise. Can't miss the big letter 'Q' on the waterfront, next to CATES TUG BOAT.
  • Crowd:White collar, blue collar, jeans, fetish,ICBC employees,. 28+, middle age-older, one or two grandpa type. Had a cut 24 year old several times. SR8t-bi daddies and single dudes just looking to get off.
  • Hours:Weekdays-afternoons about the rush hour into closing time. Weekends-mornings before 11 and an hour and a half before closing. At times first thing at opening, when you have the place all to yourself up to almost 10.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Be very discreet! 4 urnals-if someone in the handicap use closest urnal, have a peek into -if he peeks back-tada! If you use the and someone is in the other -duh!, if you both look under the wall and see jerking motions along with tapping foot usually means -tada!, at other times someone will peek right into your and garb their groin. :)
    Cruisiest Spots: Main floor washroom in the market. If it gets to busy just take your trick upstairs to 3rd floor can, down the hall from the Lonsdale Quay Hotel on 3rd floor, can't miss it.
