Cross street: Rufe Snow - Hours:The evenings are best for the hot tub, residents and non-residents use the hot tub, some wear very revealing clothes, I have seen s right through shorts an pubes from very low cut shorts.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Sit in the hot tub for someone to enter, I have had underwater fun several times from a resident there.
Cruisiest Spots: In the hot tub, but take it elsewhere unless it is not too busy. - Nudity / Policy:When they get out of the hot tub, nothing hotter than a swimsuit or shorts clinging to their and butt. Even sometimes a semi hard on.

- Warnings:Having to wait for a resident to enter and open the gate.
