From the South: Take exit 4 on I-380, North Liberty exit, and turn right onto West Penn St. Then take a left at the stop lights onto Highway 965, go down that road several miles untill you come to Cou Falls Rd. Take a left, go across the railroad tracks and go straight onto Amana Rd. Go down that road about 1.5 miles, Park in the second parking area on the right. From the North: Take exit 10 on I-380, Swisher/Shueyville exit, turn right off the offramp, then at the 4 way stop sign take a left onto Highway 965, go down that road for about 3 miles and turn right onto Cou Falls Rd. Take a left, go across the railroad tracks and go straight onto Amana Rd. Go down that road about 1.5 miles, Park in the second parking area on the right, if you pass a intersection where you can make a right turn you've gone too far, turn around and go back 50 feet and thats it! .
Cross street: Amana Rd and Blain Cemetery Rd

  • Anyone going this weekend. Coming from near DSM so I want to pick the right day. Since I've never been there before what does one take, where does one cruise, where does one go if one wants to hook-up, etc. Sorry for all the questions but since the first time there just want to know the ropes so I can enjoy myself more. Thanks for any help!

  • road open from both directions....even with sign up. Was there this last SUnday and more younger guys there. Sundays from about 1-3 or 4 have youger crowd with beer and fun in the sun

  • Both routes are open, they just opened Amana Road. More people are showing up all the time, I can speak to action on Mondays, but this weekend was good.
