Aller lay-by woods, Kingskerswell

From Exeter take A38 for Newton Abbot/Torquay. On approach to Newton Abbot at Penn Inn round-about take A380 marked for Kingskerswell/Torquay, after approx 1 mile past first quarry entrance drive further 300 yards and the Aller lay-by is on the left. Park in front of Romany Jones transport cafe/hut. Take public footpath to the right of the cafe after 50 yards take left hand path. The path then overlooks the A380 so one is not overlooked. Seats available further along the path

• Hours:Anytime, but best times about lunch-times or late afternoon/early evenings when truckers stop for breaks and workers leaving work travelling between Newton Abbot and Torquay.
• Cruising Info/ Tips:Not many spots in Newton Abbot this location provides private area used by gays/bi or those just new to cruising.
• Nudity / Policy:Guys could strip off in higher wooded area at the far end of the footpath.
• Wheelchair Accessible:No / Easy parking, footpath in wooded area level.
• Warnings:Lay-by used by truckers and police sometimes carry out stop checks on them, the footpath to private area well set back from the parking area.
