Live nearby in Irvine and was wondering how late this place is open. Was by once before but must have been the wrong time -- no one there. Is it ever open on weekends? Saw a security guard in the main lobby before but just walked by and in to the elevators -- are they still there -- have not been there in awhile.

This place is awesome Monday through Thursday between 545pm to 615pm. Have had many 3 ways with real hotties. Lunch time is fun but there is this gross guy that is there everyday. Lot of guys end up on the 2nd floor when he is there.

Just got back to work from my "lunch" and was disappointed. I was there right on time, and 2 men showed up, only to take a dump. Obviously they weren't there to cruise. They took long so I just up and left. This is a great place, but next time I'm making sure more people will show up in order to make the trip worth it since I work a little far from here.

CalienAml- The reason why it's only cruisy at lunch time is because a some guys that come here, work in the building and only have free time during their lunch break. It's a law firm business building, so a lot of suit and tie kind of guys come here. That floor in particular is pretty empty during that time, so when a guy comes into the restroom, he's pretty much there cruising. You'll bump into some regualrly dressed guys there, that are obviously there to cruise since they're not in suit and tie attire.

This place can be hit or miss, but I've gotten some action here at least 50% of the time. My trips have always been between 12:30 and 1:00. The room is pretty quiet, so when someone enters, there's an excellent chance that he's looking for the same thing as you are.

Can't make it there today OCstud4 but please let us know how it was.

Hey Verdo, I agree with Blkdude and OCman. I worked in OC for Sept and Oct and used to come by this place at least 3x a week and always found at least one willing mouth...often times 2 or 3 others! Its a happening place. So I dont know when you're going...but it's not at lunch.

I've visited a few times in the last couple weeks. I've gotten lucky pretty much everytime I've dropped by. It's usually around lunchtime that this place is happenin'. Thinking about dropping by tomorrow around 12:30

I am calling bullshit on this one. I have been to this place a couple of times and have chatted with other guys who have wasted their time in going to this place and no one has ever seen anyone. Unless some guys are just that lucky and run into the one dude that might show on some random time lol.. I am thinking this place isn't worth it. put props to those who have gotten lucky, if u did. lol

Well Lance...Im not sure what brand of crack you're smoking....but you're dead wrong! I've been hooking up at this place the past 4 weeks, and nearly every day I've come by, at least 1 other guy comes by...sometimes 2, 3, or 4 more. Just because no one today showed doesnt mean it's not "real". And as for the "security" guard, that person is worthless and has never once asked me where Im going or what I want, and others have come in dressed FAR more casually than me and they got in too. So that's bogus!

To my other playmates, Im sorry to say that I wont be coming here much at all anymore as I got a new job up north in the bay area that I start this week and wont be a few blocks away from here any more. Thanks for all the hot times!! WUF! Enjoy!!

this place is a waste of time. I finally found it and waited there for an hour.. no one showed. I really didn't see any signs that guys come there regularly. It was boring and dead.. Besides, there is a security guard at the front desk as you go to the elevators. no way to avoid him. Just seems not like a real place.. Like a guy who works here or near by, wanting it to be a place for him. Honest opinion.

thanks for the info jock. LBRimmer theres a visitors section where you can park for 60 minutes I usually find a spot there, if your going past the structure towards birch you turn right on that small street before and drive around and its on the left.
