It's a big fancy gym with a huge selection of machines, racquetball courts, basketball, 4-lane pool, jacuzzi, sauna, showers. Wet areas are only accessible through the locker room. Very clean throughout. $35/mo and up for membership.

This location is actually in Orange, CT close to the West Haven border. Take 95 from either direction to exit 42. Left onto Saw Mill Road, drive 1 mile and you'll pass Stop & Shop on your right. LA Fitness is past S&S on your right, just before you hit Boston Post Road.
- Hours:Hours: 5am to 10pm weekdays, 8-8 S/S
Best times: late night, 8pm to closing on weekdays. - Cruising Info/ Tips:On my second visit a guy in the jacuzzi was checking me out while I swam. Another put on a show from behind his open shower curtain. Mostly 30's to 50's white guys in sauna and showers. Tops of shower curtains are see-through, but high enough to hide someone kneeling ;-)
- Nudity / Policy:Nudity allowed in shower area. Older guys walk around the locker room naked but it makes some people uncomfortable. Towel or suit in sauna.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / This location is fully handicap accessible.
- Warnings:The gym is packed with all kinds of folks earlier in the day, many of them powerful heterosexuals. Be discreet.
