Right across from the arlington hotel on your way in or out of Nanaimo. Arlington Rd follow that to the very end and it comes to beach access. To the right when you pull up is a trail that leads into thick bushes with lots of clearing for . The parking area is very private and has a great view of the naval base. Its right beside a campsite so be discreet

Leaving Nanaimo follow the highway north. Right before you hit the Nanoose petro canada lights, there is a road on the left called Arlington road. follow it to the end park and enjoy.
