Take any one of several Metro lines that stop at Taganskaya & take the escalators up to the outside - then ask for the toilets.

Cross street: Garden Ring - Hours:Usually about 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. - the official hours are longer but the women who look after the public toilets in Moscow tend to close them early.
Best times: 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., especially on the weekends. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Stand at the urinals and through a glance let anyone you're interested in know about your interest. If they're interested they'll go into one of the stalls & you can follow them in. I spent about 4 years sucking off older married men in this toilet & also in the toilets at Yaroslavsky Vauxhall (the one outside the & downstairs from the train station) & in the toilets at Chisti Prudy (being 2 other spots you might be interested in trying if you're visting Moscow). - Warnings:Like most Russian toilets they're not overly clean.
Warnings: Russia is a homophobic society (in spite of the amount of that takes place in a number of the public washrooms), so exercise caution in your behavior (& you'll be just fine).
