Great gym, small but has everything you need. Memberships to this Y are cheaper than anywhere in Mtl. Has a great shower area, sort of private (in its own separate room of the change rooms) dry sauna. The bathrooms have a separate door and the urinals are well hidden from view of the change rooms, great place to check out some sweaty and have some fun.
Neighbourhood: Pointe St Charles
From Wellington, turn south on Ash, down at the end of Ash.
- Hours:After 6pm, things slow down, the crowd of real men show up. Spot them in the weight room and follow into the showers, a pit stop in the dry sauna to unload is always great.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Be discreet, there are a lot of Irish boys, hot but a bit rowdy, let them make the first move, they will usually take their towels off exposing their chubby uncut slowing getting hard.
- Nudity / Policy:This is a gym, be careful, if you are caught, you get thrown out.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / No access, too many stairs, older building.
- Warnings:Too many hot blue collar guys to look at.

True great eye candy, but have had some fun with at least 4 guys there. Both in bathroom and sauna. Like in any gym, gotta be careful, but the sauna is pretty good place to enjoy yourself.

i go to this gym. there is no action at all. any signs of gayness will have you shot out and beaten up. nice eye candy perhaps dont chance it.
