Fallow instructions to get to Lakeshores Hospital, turn left on Frobisher, about 100 m down, turn left in parking lot. Enter the club, go down the stairs and the men's locker room is on your right.
  • Hours:Weekdays: between 7h30 and 10 pm
    Weekends: between 11h30 am and 1h30 pm

  • Cruising Info/ Tips:The far back right showers is a very good spot to get action without alarming everybody, you can fit 3-4 people in a single shower, so lots of room... Try to get noticed by going in and out the showers to the steam room, and to the dry sauna, take your time in showers, look under the , tap your foot so person next to you can see your foot in their and say hi and blink to people already in showers or steam room or dry sauna... You know hoe to cruise anyway, just be discreet ...
  • Nudity / Policy:Yes in locker room...Be discret, it's a straight gym... But a couple gay men...

  • Going tonight, hitting the gym around 9h15 pm, hitting the showers from 9h45 pm until 10h20 pm... ANyone wanna join me for fun... last shower on you right... look under sall and you should see my face too :-)

  • HAIRYMEL I see you are online, I am on my way to the gym, I will be there around 11 am... until 1 pm... What should be the sign... so we recongnize each other? By the way, are you hot? any tatoo, percings...color of your towel... Let me know... Leaving in about 30 minutes to go there...
