This large and prestigious home was built in 1870 and has now become a superior (4 Suns) B&B in downtown Montréal. It has bee awarded ‘’Best B&B for the Montreal region’’ in 2005, 2006 and 2007 by the Ministry of Tourism of Quebec.
After 130 years, the house has been restored to its original splendour. Tasteful restoration of this spacious circa 1870 home took more than two years, thus allowing the preservation of its high ceilings, original woodwork and plaster mouldings, etc
From floor to ceiling the entire structure has been painstakingly refurbished. The rooms, common areas, terrace with outdoor shower, and dining room all offer our guests unrivalled quality and comfort.
We are located in the heart of the gay village in a quiet residential neighbourhood but only two blocks from lively Sainte-Catherine Street. Also near downtown, Old Montreal, the Latin Quarter and the metro, our bed and breakfast gives our guests easy access to the great cultural events that vitalize Montreal all year long: Jazz Festival, Fireworks, Just for Laugh Festival, Francofolies, Black and Blue, Gay Pride, etc. One visit will convince you!
The entire house has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All rooms feature a high level of comfort: superior quality mattress and linens, air conditioner, TV, high-speed Internet access, etc
Luxurious common areas include two balconies and a terrace. An outdoor shower adds to the enjoyment of the premises.

Our hotel, dating back to 1876, offers 30 rooms that have been renovated in keeping with its original historical character, as well as 12 modern studios in the annex. The hotel is in the midst of Montreal's entertainment district and steps away from the Gay Village, the Latin Quarter and Old Montreal. Every year, visitors from over 45 different countries enjoy our warm hospitality!

It is a full service Gym, Sauna, Whirlpool, and Pool for the hotel. No one ever asks for any identification and is a great place to meet people and have some fun in the sauna and gym.

Unisex dorms for young tourists (age 18 to 27), some with 4, 5 or 7 beds (close to each other!!). No bunk beds. Shower in dorm. Clean, cheap ($14 a day!). Not a gay place, so be discreet. Not for guys over age 27. Get friendly, invite them to your place!
Crowd: Very discreet cruising in the dormitories. Backpackers age 18 to 27 (not older). Be straight-acting.
