Best hours are lunch time and around 4 to 5 pm it is open Sunday-Th 10 am until midnight and Fri - Sat 10 am until 2 am....there are private viewing rooms with couches and for a rental fee of a movie around $10 to $15 you can rent a private video viewing room.
