  • Hours:Early Morning til Late Night.
    Best times: Between noon and 2pm.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Bring a towel, a lock for a locker, shower things (soap, shampoo ect..) Get a locker, get your towel, get naked and head for the Sauna (located in the shower area of locker room).
    Cruisiest Spots: The sauna.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:Between noon-2pm sauna/locker room is very quiet. The sauna door has a window (perfect size) to keep a look-out, but as I said, the sauna is very quiet at that time.

  • $8.95 for a single day pass, $36 for a 'five pass' which can be used anytime, doesn't expire.... also monthly and annual memberships available. And can be used at any 'Fitness Mississauga' location.... not just this one.

  • this place has a good mix but a lot of older, unattractive men of all races

    in the last 1/2hr every single night there's a fat old black man that hangs out in the sauna. Kinda kills the mood
