This park is in that narrow little finger of Anoka County that separates Hennepin and Ramsey Counties on the east side of the Mississippi River just north of Minneapolis. It is just south of I-694 on the East River Road, across from that huge BAE plant, and it extends south to the Minneapolis Water Works. It's accessible by taking I-694 and getting off at East River Road and heading south - or, by coming up along the river from St. Anthony Main / Hennepin Avenue Bridge on Main St. which becomes Marshall which becomes East River Road. There is only one entrance to the park and it's about halfway between the Water Works and 694.
