    Best times: Weekends/Late afternoons-early evenings. I've found early Sunday mornings to be interesting.

  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Be alert for Mpls Park Police in parking lot and on foot/cycling in gardens and sanctuary.
    Cruisiest Spots: Many throughout.

  • Actually, it is a crime to be in ANY Mpls park after 10pm. I too received a ticket here one night many years ago. I wasn't even on the side of the Piece Garden, but over on the Rose Garden side. Be on the lookout if you are out after 10pm at any city park.
