Oasis Sauna: Men only sessions on a Wednesday morning and on a Friday evening. There are 3 seperate rooms in this place, 1 steam room, 1 hot room and 1 room which is a little warm and very comfortable. There are chill out areas with benches and chairs. 2 showers in the sauna area, 1 of which is ice cold water, the other is warm.
When it is men only sessions you can use the ladies changing rooms too.
Crowd: All types, quite a few straights though so be careful.

From Middlesbrough town centre join the A66 East bound and then join Normanby Road at the Asda round a bout. Or you can follow the Trunk Road all the way from the Longlands.
It is easy to find as it is in the Eston Sports Academy. It is sited next to an old peoples home on the cross roads of Normaby Road and the Trunk Road.

    Sat 9.00am - 4.00pm
    Sun 9.00am - 6.00pm
    Best times: Fri evening after 6 especially in the Sauna.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Go in sauna with towel on or go in naked, best place is in the steam room as you can sit opposite someone and just play with your .

    Just look around. You lads know what to look for.
    Cruisiest Spots: Showers after a workout or in the sauna.
