Finally! It's nice, clean and cool boathouse in town!! Nice lounge area with a good bar. Sauna & steam room. Small movie theatre. Nice cubicles. Jacuzzi. The place has heating and AC so the temperature is always OK. They charge $20 USD

It is close to the Camino Real Hotel (the same side of the street) and across the street from the Chapultepec Sports Club. It has no sign but it is easy to find.

- Hours:The place is open every day from noon to 10 PM. Fridays until 1AM. Weekends are open 24 hours. Most of the guys are in their 30s but there are younger studs and older guys. Some times you find some "local celebrities".
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Crusiest spot: the steam bath.
- Nudity / Policy:Men wear a towel or a bathrobe.

- Warnings:I've been there a couple of times and the whole place as well as the neighborhood are pretty safe.
