This wooded 3.8-acre community river park in a Cruising environment features a paved walkway leading to a sheltered fishing pier featuring a beautiful view of the Indian River. A small pavilion with 2 grills, picnic tables with 6 grills, restrooms, benches, a shaded playground and an open grassy area make this park ideal for us guys.

FROM: ORLANDO :SR-528-TOLL E toward Cocoa -Merge onto SR-528 E-Take exit 46 for US-1 S toward Cocoa-Turn left at N Cocoa Blvd/US-1 S-Turn left at W King St/SR-520 E
Continue to follow SR-520 E-Turn right at CR-3/S Tropical Trail-Slight left to stay on CR-3/S Tropical Trail FROM : US Hwy 1, go east 1.7 miles on SR-520, turn right on South Tropical Trail and go 0.5 miles. The park is on the right.
  • Hours:Open after 7:00 a.m. until dark, except for scheduled use
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:The best spot is in the picture with the arrows, please look at the pictures, but the Small Pavilion is best spot or the parked cars
  • Nudity / Policy:just be carefull!
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / ADA ACCESSIBLE: Parking, Restrooms, Pavilion, Fishing Dock with Boardwalk, Drinking Fountain, Paved Walkway
  • Warnings:Look at he houses across the street, one guy likes to sit on his porch,across from the park sign,another then that, i've never see any cops here, then again YOU NEVER KNOW!! alway be safe

  • PSJGuy is probably right. I went a few days ago and did not look safe and sign says cameras are installed. Not me
