Membership req. or pay $10/day.. The men's locker room is in the basement and has a hot tub, dry sauna, and steamroom (none of which require a bathing suit).. The steamroom has no light, so very difficult to see anyone doing anything from outside the door -- which is great for cruisers.

  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / There is no Handicap access for the men's locker room, but there is in the boy's, but that's not where the action is.
  • Warnings:Just be sensible. This is a family ymca, so not everyone is gay, but there are a lot of gay men here. Watch for signals.

  • I have found the action very good but skimpy. And it's been tough getting guys to indicate interest. I think it's partly because guys are trying so hard to be sub-radar. Plus it's not easy to find any privacy at the Y. As far as the older men go, give them some slack. They come from harsher, closted times when they were forced to be unnoticed. They lived on the down-low. So instead, make the first move and let a guy know. Fondle your junk a little. Maybe a guy will take over.

  • Sounds like a fun place. I'm going to try to get there Sunday 5/10 later afternoon while in town for Mother's Day. If I can't make it by closing, I'll probably stop out at Red Arrow to check things out.
