  • Explicit and graphic grafetti involving minors and drugs has drawn so much attention to the men's room that no openly cruising men go there for fear of survaillence. The location is ideal: close to exit doors and parking lots. A good place to hook up and go elsewhere, because it's no longer a safe place to play.
