There are four cubicles one end and a large , the other. My fav spot is the cubicle at the very end. You have to go through double doors to enter, which makes things safer for hearing people before they enter.

If you enter off FLinders Lane rather than going up the steps to the food court area, just go to the left (bypass the stairs). Walk down and just before you get to the entrance of the Bank you'll see a sign on the right leading to the toilets. If you enter the Building from Collins St, just walk to the back of the building and go down the stairs next to the food court. At the bottom of the staris, just do a u-turn and follow the previous instructs. Easy to find.
