Best times: Depending on when tutorials are on nearby, I've found about 11:00am is good, anywhere from 2-5pm as well
Cruising Info/ Tips:Just sit inside and have a look through the holes (unless you've seen your guy go in !) and look for the jerking off - it doesn't take long.. If it's full, just sit outside on the seats and be casual while keeping an eye on the talent.
Cruisiest Spots: The two cubicles - there are two perve holes and the doors are high so nobody can see what either of you are doing...and the partition is low enough to see over!

Warnings:Old (and I mean balding 50yo's) guys who sit there for ages and scare off the young guys.
Warnings: Be discreet, this place is great and we don't need it wrecked.
