Belair Avenue left hand side just down from Pascoe Vale Road. Outside is a bus stopping area and across the road is a large car park, Melways reference 16 G2. Park in car park of Bi-Low and walk in.
A cruiser adds: Car ? from Glenroy Road, turn into Wheatsheaf Road, then into Blucher St. You will see the carpark beside IGA where the toilet block is.

Train ? Walk south to Glenroy Road, then along Waterloo Road until you get to IGA. Walk through carpark to the east side of the shop and you will see the toilet block.
