Lots going on these days. ome dude struck up a conversation with me in the bushes seemed weird. Instincs said something was not right. Went back to my car and waited around. Turned out it was a cop who busted another cruiser.

I'm still trying to get out there before work one day. Are there any tops around that go there between 11:00 and 1:00 for nooners?

Great question! It appears that you look at a likely candidate until you get eye contact, or you wait in the parking lot until someone shows up. In both cases, you walk slowly down a trail and watch to see if they follow you. If they do, turn off on one of the smaller trails when you know they can see and wait for them to follow.
