Best times: Mid day or eveings. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Use the three stalls at the end of the restroom behind the s. No panel so its easy to jerk each other off. Another cruiser recommends the washroom in JC Pennys, 2nd floor behind the infants/childrens dept across from the optical dept. there are 2 doors so there is warning time, although sometimes they tie the first door back.
