Guys - I can only suggest a large "be careful". The Mattapoisett cops are notorious as it is for chasing people off beaches (and arresting them) just for fishing in the wrong place, and they have a reputation for routinely (and severely) roughing-up people who argue with them.

I know several old Portuguese fishermen from New Bedford who've lost teeth in the last ten years because they were trying to clam on private property, and the cops were called to "move them along".

Mattapoisett, especially the Brandt Island area, is a vacation community, and they're going to do everything they can to protect their "wholesome family image".

Just be careful if you're going to play outside, the cops aren't fooling-around in Mattapoisett.

It's just off Brandt Island Road. When is everybody going there? I'm free some weekdays/afternoons.

anyone have directions? When I do a search there are a few places noted. I want to go there and see if I can find some action. I need to do a 69 so bad!!!!

this could be a great place. I've been there several times with no one to bother me as I lay nude in one of the many secluded areas. Would love to have a few quys to join in some 'fun in the sun'.
