The main building of Commerce Gate has a foyer entry. There are stairs and escalators that go up and down. The washroom is on the first lower floor of the main building.

Quiet and secluded washroom. Can hear what is going on outside and hear if someone is approaching. L-shaped washroom entry also gives enough time or warning when someone walks in.

Neighbourhood: Commerce Valley Drive West

Commerce Gate is at the south east corner of Hwy 7 and Commerce Valley Drive West (the first street west of Leslie).
  • Hours:The best time is during the day time from noon to 2 pm.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:There are two urinals side by side. There are two s right beside the urinals. Guys stand with their hard at the urinals and wait until someone stands next to them. Guys also wait inside the urinals and cruisers peak inside the doors. There is lots of room for action at the urinals or inside the s.
  • Nudity / Policy:Most guys pull their pants down and stroke their at the urinals.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / No. Stairs or escalators are used to get to the lower floor.
