This is a very cruisy shopping plaza. Got picked up every time I went there. Heaps of gay guys and hustlers cruise the second floor.

- Cruising Info/ Tips:Watch for the guys to stare at you. Or stand by the railings and look to the plaza below and guys will come up to you.
Cruisiest Spots: On second floor level especially around the railings looking down to the first level. - Wheelchair Accessible:No
- Warnings:Lots of hustlers on the second floor come up to you. Also lots of female prositutes on the second floor. (Also an open Catholic Chapel on the second floor!!!)
Warnings: If you do pick a hustler up the locals warn you to watch you belongings as there have been reports of thefts. Discuss with the hustler what he will and will not do and for how much first.
