Enterprise Center Building is at the corner of Ayal Avenue and Paseo de Roxas Avenue, right at the heart of Makati Central Business District. The ground floor is the office of HSBC.
There are three washrooms frequented by local office workers and a few experts.
The urinals in the level 3 cannot be seen when you enter the washroom thus giving privacy to all patrons. It has 6 urinals that are a bit close to each other and without any blockers. So its very easy to see.
There is no membership as this is a public restroom.

From Ayala Entrance: Use the escalator going to level three then walk straight and then turn right before Starbucks Coffee. Pass by the elevator lobby and then turn left and you'll see the back entrance of Watson Pharmacy and on the left you'll see the hallway of the level 3 restrooms. There are four other entry points in the building, three of these will lead you to the building main lobby, from three take the escalator near BPI to go to level three and from tere, you'll see Watson Pharmacy. The other entrance is thru the walkway along Dela Rosa Street.

- Hours:The washrooms are open from morning 7-8 am up to 8-9pm.
Best times: Best times are Morning break (around 10am), Lunchbreak, Afternoon break (3pm) and after office hours. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Outside: Guys who are just standing at the windows are guys waiting and screening people who are coming inside the washrooms.
Inside: Same as any other washrooms, just who keeps on washing their hands, guys who just stand in front of the urinals and guys getting tissues in the cubicles. The cubicles is at the end of the room passing the urinals. - Nudity / Policy:Yes / Yes, but be very discreet as this is a public restroom.

- Warnings:Guards and cleaners go inside the restrooms once in a while. Sometimes guards pretend that they are one of the cruisers so avoid the guards. If they are in civilians, you will know they are in security because of the radio.
