Capitol Square
It's the public right-of-way, so in this case the cops are our friends and guardians. This is a place for meeting guys and taking it home, but not nearby. It's safe and adequately lit and there are great buildings to look at in all kinds of weather. My favorite times are in a fresh snow, fog or when the lindens are in bloom. I've met interesting people from all over the world.
