Parking great deal cruise then take it to the routes. Off trails right into wooded areas. The path to the right takes you to a wooded hill where there are private locations. The bathroom is bad for action, in my viewpoint.
Hours of Activity
Dawn to dusk. Busy during lunch hours. Some homeless people that park in the lot in their cars/vans. Nicer weather can be busy with walkers/joggers and families.

- You know the drill. But just make eye contact maybe head into the restroom and see who follows then take it to the woods. Rarely see police there and mostly to check for people camped in their cars.
