The GYM is brand new, it's not up on the main website... but it is getting members slowly.

There is a very private Sauna and spa in the Men's Locker room that are ideal for cruising.

Neighbourhood: by Citadel Outlets

The Gold's is located across the Citadel Outlet Mall along Telegraph Road.
  • Hours:Almost anytime is a great time to go, the GYM IS OPEN 24HRS since there are harldy any people and there aren't any security cameras. However EVENINGS should be best since there are more men to choose from.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:If you want to go cruise at night, you should just mind the security guard that makes routine 30min checks around the restrooms... though he doesn't look into the sauna, since it's fogged up it's perfect for privacy.
  • Nudity / Policy:na, though you can go full nude once in the Sauna or the SPA, you should go in with some sort of underwear of swimwear to not be so obvious.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / Access is certainly available.

  • I'm a member of Gold's Gym, but not in Commerce. I'm a member in downtown Los Angeles, and I work out there about 4-5 mornings a week.
