Exit Harbor 110 Fwy at 6th Street, continue to Flower then go right (south) to 7th Street. Either park on street (read parking restrictions) or use pay parking lots. Proceed to basement level of Macy's Plaza shopping mall to Bally's gym.

    Best times: Any hour the place is open (even during after work rush hour!)

    Cruisiest Spots: Showers toward back of room.

  • Warnings:Shower glass partitions should be clear! You must be a Bally's member to use gym (or you can request a guest pass, but then be subjected to a high pressure sales pitch)

  • This gym is definitely not for cruising. Peak hours are packed with worst bods in LA eventhough there are some exhibitors in the showers.Stay out Cruisers!!! This is not for us.
